Shipping

We primarily ship to the United States but also offer international shipping. 

Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight and where we're shipping to. You can check out the price of shipping at checkout.

This depends on the products ordered and where we are shipping to, however most orders are delivered within 5-9 business days. This is usually about 1 to 2 weeks or less. If you're ever concerned about your order just e-mail us.

Sometimes one of our warehouse runs out of stock for some items so we ship your items out from separate warehouses which can cause a few days difference in delivery. We do this so you can get your items sooner! 

When you select Priority Fulfillment at checkout this bumps your order to the front of the line. Our supplier sends your order out before anyone else's. Your order will still take 5-9 business days to arrive but Priority Fulfillment can reduce that time by 1-3 days.

Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email at info@chargebetter.com within 24 hours after placing your order. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications to your order.

If your order has shipped but it's going to the wrong address we will send another order to you for free but you'll need to cover the shipping for that replacement order.

Our store automatically sends out an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation email after you place your order and when we put your order in the mail. If you didn't receive these emails, please check your Spam of Junk folder and add us as a contact to receive updates on your order. 

Payment

We offer secure shopping and accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit and debit card companies.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 90 days after you receive your items. This means we will refund your purchase if you are for any reason not completely satisfied with your items!
